SpeakersU » How we make money
We created SpeakersU.com around the principles of openness, honesty, and transparency. Every keynote speaker review goes through a rigorous process.
When it comes to running our website, we want to be entirely open about how we operate, how we make money, and how we keep the site a free resource to our visitors.
We don’t accept payment to provide positive reviews, and speaker bureaus will never have a say in how we choose the best keynote speakers to review. Our aim is to put you, the website visitor, first and foremost at all times.
So, how do we make money then? We receive fees from some of the speaker bureaus or speakers we refer enquiries to. These fees are also known as affiliate commissions. When you click on a link or send an enquiry to check a speakers availability and that leads directly to you booking a speaker, we make receive compensation for having referred a new client.
Referral fees do not impact our review ratings. The compensation we receive may, however, influence how, where, and in what order speakers appear on our website.
You may also have noticed that we haven’t reviewed every single keynote speaker in the world. It’s our intention to cover as many as possible, and we’re getting there, but unfortunately we can’t promise to review every keynote speaker.
Why are we telling you all of this? We aim to be the most knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy keynote speaker resource on the web, and that begins by telling you exactly how we work.
Not all the keynote speaker bureaus we feature compensate us, but these ones do:
